Chuck began his first year of service in January of 2006. He is a 1978 graduate of Valley High School and is currently working at the Fluor B&W, formally the USEC Portsmouth Plant. Chuck is married to Debbie (Stewart) Turner which is also a graduate of Valley High School in the class of 1973.  They have two children which both have graduated from Valley, Brandon in 2004 and Haley in 2011. Brandon has recently married Lindsey (Griffith) Turner, who is the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Brandon currently works at Fluor B & W, as a Health Physics Technician for Enercon; as well as going back for his MBA. Haley is currently employed at STAR work shop and is seeking to one day receive a degree in Social Services. I am so proud of my kids and all that they have accomplished and continued to strive for.
